Our multinational industry client has a Global Internet of Things (IoT) Platform supporting NAR, EMEA,
LAR, and ASIA regions. The platform leverages AWS and a Mobile Application Framework (MAF) to
deliver winning user experience and features to consumers. In this role, the candidate will be working on AWS infrastructure, monitoring
the different AWS services that houses the client’s AWS Platform and IoT services.
Around 5 years working in an Ops environment, of analyzing and triaging incident tickets impacting
infrastructure or connected appliance issues logged by consumers through a ticketing tool.
Good understanding of AWS (must have) infrastructure & Kubernetes & Cloudwatch.
The candidate should have passion towards learning and expanding technical skills. Exposure to ITIL (change Management process).
Passion for consumers in resolving the issues they are experiencing on their connected devices (incidents). Servicenow tool experience is a nice to have.
Should be an excellent Team player and willing to work in a collaborative environment.
The person should be able to analyze & triage the infra/service issues or consumer incident tickets during the peak/non peak loads in the US time zone related to IoT AWS Platform service. Run the IoT Change Administration Board (CAB) & review/approve the change requests to be deployed to the Production environment and also AWS Infrastructure Monitoring
